EVENT POLICIES
At Styles & Tiles, our gatherings are designed to create welcoming, enjoyable experiences where people can learn, connect, and have fun around the table. To help everything run smoothly, we ask that guests review the following event policies before registering.
Registration & Payment
Event and class registrations reserve your seat at the table. Because many of our gatherings have limited seating, registration and payment may be required in advance to secure your spot.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to limited seating and event preparation, registrations are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. When space allows, we will do our best to transfer your registration to a future event or class.

If Styles & Tiles needs to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, registered guests will be notified and offered a refund or transfer to a future event.
Transferring Your Seat
If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a friend when possible. Please notify us in advance so we can update the attendee list.
Arrival & Event Timing
We encourage guests to arrive on time so everyone can fully enjoy the experience. Some classes begin with instruction, and late arrivals may miss important parts of the lesson.
Photos & Social Media
From time to time, photos may be taken during Styles & Tiles events for use on our website or social media. These photos help share the experience and celebrate our community.

If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know when you arrive and we will gladly respect your preference.
